1. Who we are

Nitro Troopers is published by Tuvezo (“we”, “us”). Contact: email tuvezogame@gmail.com.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own Android devices for your own fun. The game is free. This version has no in-app purchases and no ads. The game, its art, music, sounds, code and names belong to us or our licensors; you get no ownership of them.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you.

4. Accounts

• You can play as a guest, or log in with an email code or with Google. One person, one account. Do not share, sell, buy or trade accounts.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else uses it.
• You can delete your account any time (see Delete account). Deleting it is final.
• We may remove accounts that were never used or that break these terms.

5. Fair play and behaviour

Play fair and be kind. The community rules are part of these terms. In short: no cheating, no hate or harassment, no offensive names, no spam, no sharing of other people’s private information.

6. What you may not do

• Cheat, or use hacks, mods, memory editors, bots, emulators for unfair advantage, or any tool that changes how the game runs or how it talks to our server.
• Copy, change, decompile, reverse engineer, re-sign or re-publish the game or parts of it, except where the law says you may.
• Give out, sell or share copies of the game outside Google Play, or make a copy of it look like an official one.
• Attack, overload or probe our servers, the relay or other players, or try to get around bans and limits.
• Use the game for anything illegal, or to advertise, scam or collect other players’ data.

7. Online features

Online modes, story mode, friends, leaderboards and login need the internet and our server. We may change, pause or stop features, maps or servers at any time, for example for repairs or to keep the game safe. We do not promise the service is always available or free of errors. Scores, stats and rankings can be corrected or removed if we find cheating or mistakes.

8. Coins and items

Coins and cosmetic items are earned by playing. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or traded and can be changed or reset when we rebalance the game. If we ever sell anything for real money we will change these terms and the Google Play page first.

9. What you create

You are responsible for your name, room names, chat and voice. You give us permission to show your name and results to other players (for example on leaderboards) while your account exists. We may hide, change or remove a name or entry that breaks the rules.

10. Bans and ending

If you break these terms or the rules we may warn you, change your name, block your device or account for a time, or for ever, and remove your results. Cheat detection may act automatically. If you think a ban is a mistake, contact us: email tuvezogame@gmail.com. You may stop playing at any time.

11. No promises, limits of responsibility

The game is provided “as is”, without promises that it fits a special purpose, is free of errors or will never lose data. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, for example for death or injury caused by our fault, or for fraud. Take breaks; play in a safe place and never while walking or driving.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop playing and delete your account.

13. Law

The law of the place where Tuvezo is established applies to these terms, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be changed by a contract.
